I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Haus Kristall, and I must say, it exceeded my high expectations in every way. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a beautifully furnished apartment featuring a cozy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with quality cookware, and a spacious terrace where my family and I enjoyed breathtaking views of the Widersberger Horn Mountain. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the genuine hospitality of Resi and her family; Their attentiveness made us feel right at home. During our stay, I accidentally misplaced my wallet, and within moments of notifying Resi, she went above and beyond to ensure it was found and returned to me, highlighting her exceptional commitment to guest care. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and every amenity—from the flat-screen TV to the comfortable furnishings—was thoughtfully provided. I can’t wait to return!
